A deposit to secure the reservation is required and for same day scheduling, holidays and weekends a reservation is confirmed by invoice with convenient payment link.
Please note our 24 hr. cancellation policy for single appointments, 48 hrs. for greater reservations.
AURA Cancellation and No-Show Policy:
Please cancel or reschedule appointments in advance of the scheduled date. Rescheduling requests made within hours of the appointment time is considered a last-minute cancellation or no-show.
This policy ensures our providers are compensated for reserved time that cannot be filled on short notice.
By scheduling an appointment, guests acknowledge and agree to this policy.
AURA Salon & Spa is pleased to offer complimentary parking:
To allow for check-in and preparation for your service, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment.
A 22% service fee is applied to services, additional gratuity may be offered at guest's discretion.
Reservations are available daily. The Salon and Spa is open to hotel and outside guests.
Light refreshments including hot tea, an organic juice selection & specialty waters are complimentary.
Minors are welcome accompanied by a supervising adult for limited services. Please notify the spa reservations agent if you have high blood pressure, allergies, physical ailments, disabilities or are pregnant.
For the comfort of all, silence phones within the spa area. Spa robes and slippers are available to transition between treatment rooms or if planning to visit the indoor pool and whirlpool area.
