Scheduling & Spa Etiquette
Our Commitment is to a calm, intentional environment.
Appointments require advance reservation to ensure guests receive the highest level of service.
To provide a respectful experience for all guests and staff, repeated or discourteous contact
will not expedite service requests and may result in restricted scheduling.
The Spa reserves the right to decline service when Spa Etiquette is not observed.
A deposit to secure the reservation is required; reservations are confirmed by paid invoice with convenient
payment link for same day scheduling, holidays and weekends.
AURA Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Note our 24 hr. cancellation policy for single appointments, 48 hrs. for greater reservations.
Please cancel or reschedule appointments in advance of the scheduled date.
Rescheduling requests same day of the appointment time is considered a last-minute cancellation.
This policy ensures our providers are compensated for reserved time that cannot be filled on short notice.
By scheduling an appointment, guests acknowledge and agree to this policy.

A 22% service fee is applied to services, additional gratuity may be offered at guest's discretion.
Reservations are available daily.
Light refreshments including hot tea, an organic juice selection & specialty waters are provided.
Minors are welcome accompanied by a supervising adult for limited services.
Please notify the spa reservations agent if you have high blood pressure, allergies,
physical ailments, disabilities or are pregnant.
For the comfort of all, silence phones within the spa area.
Spa robes and slippers are available to transition between treatment rooms
or if planning to visit the indoor pool and whirlpool area.
