The Quiet Importance of Spa Etiquette
A quiet treatment room is a shared creation. The intention of our team sets the stage — softened light, muted sound, an unhurried pace — and each guest completes it with a few considerate habits.
Please silence your phone upon arrival; the pulse of a notification reaches farther than you think. Photography is not permitted within the treatment areas, where a captured moment costs the calm of others. Plan to arrive ten minutes before your appointment — beginning rushed is the surest way to miss the first chapters of a ritual.
Communication is a courtesy as well: telling your therapist plainly about pressure, temperature or comfort allows care to be precise. And rescheduling with notice protects the quiet for the guest who follows.
None of this is complicated. It is the small courtesy of treating the room as a haven — which is precisely what it is meant to be.
